We charge by apartment, not per head, this helps to cover costs for larger bookings. We can also accommodate groups starting at US$35 per person per night.

For stays of more than one month, we can offer substantial discounts.  Please email us for further information.

If you are travelling from the UK, flights are available from the UK to Antigua, depending on the time of year, for approximately £300 return - for further details, please check flights from Gatwick to Antigua on www.cheapflights.co.uk. We also recommend checking the prices of BMI from Manchester and XL airlines as both airlines offer cheaper fares.  Virgin and BA fly several times a week from London to Antigua.

To get to Montserrat from Antigua, you will need to book a LIAT flight - either online or by phoning LIAT.  It is cheaper to book these flights at least 2 weeks in advance.

Apartment Costs

The Seaview Apartment is US$60 per night.

The Poolside Apartment is US$70 per night.

Prices include clean linen and towels, maid service, morning coffee, use of pool and facilities.

Breakfast in the coffeeshop can be arranged for your first morning if you let us know in advance.

Conference Room: Conference facilities are available for US$70 per day.  Catering can be arranged also if required.
